Custom Team/Group Apparel Order Process

How to create custom apparel/ online store for your team or group:

1. What is the name of your Liggett Team/Group/Club?
2. What division(s) is involved – Lower School, Middle School, Upper School, other?
3. Who is the primary contact person(s) & what is their contact information?
4. What type of custom apparel are you interested in - style, fabric, color, etc.?
5. What is your design direction/inspiration – design elements, color(s), location, etc.? School approval of the design needed.
6. Which custom apparel items are required, which are optional (specify)?
7. What is the size of your roster/group?
8. What is the size range needed – youth, adult, etc?
9. Are there any special instructions?
10. When are items needed? – determines when store must close (approx. 2 weeks prior, 3 weeks during busier times)
